The Editorial Committee of Trends in Intellectual Property Research invites submissions for its upcoming Volume 3, Issue 2 (2025). Submissions are welcome on any topic within the broad scope of intellectual property research. Manuscripts should have intellectual property law as their central theme or major component.

Submission Guidelines

Authors are required to strictly follow the Submission Guidelines outlined by the Editorial Board. The Board reserves the right to return manuscripts for modification at any stage in case of non-compliance. At its discretion, the Board may also waive or amend certain rules to maintain flexibility in the publication process.
