My goal is to help reshape how justice is delivered and how legal education is experienced, especially by exploring how AI can make learning more engaging and practical. I’m not just learning the law—I’m looking for ways to improve it. With a focus on innovation and a genuine desire to make a positive impact, I’m working towards building a legal system that’s more fair, transparent, and ready for the challenges of the digital age.

Umar is a focused and ambitious web development student with a strong interest in building high-quality, scalable applications. He is currently mastering Next.js along with PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM to strengthen his full-stack development skills. With a solid understanding of frontend and backend concepts, Umar is committed to deepening his knowledge in complex database design, server-side rendering, authentication systems, and advanced TypeScript practices. His learning approach is rooted in understanding concepts thoroughly and applying them through practical projects. Umar stays updated with modern web technologies and believes in building a strong technical foundation to solve real-world problems. He is also exploring areas like React, REST APIs, and performance optimization to become a well-rounded developer. Reyan Hameed Arain

Reyan Hameed Arain is the Founder and Designated Partner at Wakalat Online LLP and a final-year law student at the University of the Punjab. He is a passionate entrepreneur and LegalTech enthusiast who believes that the rapidly evolving field of technology requires legal innovation and support to strengthen the justice system and establish its ethical boundaries. He is also a legal researcher and a published writer with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, data protection, arbitration, and e-commerce laws.

Reyan currently serves as a Managing and Designated Partner at Wakalat Online LLP and as Junior Researcher at MS Abro and Co. He has also previously worked with Legal Research and Analysis, where he served as a research writer and Program Manager for the Human Rights Write for Rights initiative.

Daniyal Shoukat

Daniyal Shoukat is a legal professional and researcher specializing in international law, dispute resolution, human rights, and legal innovation. He is the Founder and Partner of Wakalat Online LLP, currently heading Content and Development, where he manages strategic content and legal programs. A proud alumnus of the International Institute for Strategic Research, Georgia, Daniyal also holds leadership roles as Associate at Young Mediator Forum Pvt. Ltd. and Secretary General of the Human Rights Program—a joint initiative between Legal Research & Analysis (India) and Wakalat Online LLP. His expertise covers mediation, arbitration, international humanitarian law, and legal technology, shown through his work leading webinars and as a Legal Correspondent at Legal Research & Analysis (India). He has interned at Sherwani Law Chamber (Pakistan) and Legal Research & Analysis (India), focusing on cross-border legal research. Daniyal has authored numerous Scholarly Research Papers published in various legal, social sciences, and intellectual property research journals, covering topics like mediation in civil and commercial disputes, AI in mediation and arbitration, financial crimes mediation, the conceptual framework of international arbitration, the use of AI in international arbitration Proceedings, and WIPO’s dispute resolution for domain name disputes.
